Configuration & Setup

The Configuration & Setup links are as follows:

Domains

You can also use the Authenticated IP Addresses link if, instead of an IP address, you want to authenticate a domain.

  • Once you're on the Edit Authenticated IPs screen, scroll halfway down to find the section where you can add, add, change, or delete domains via hostname authentication.

To return to the dashboard, click the Back button or click the Dashboard link on the ribbon.

For Account Upgrades You can use the Upgrade Payment Method or Change Plan link on the dashboard to change to a higher level plan, giving you access to more IPs.

Browser Proxy Settings

Use the Browser Proxy Settings link to access the article How to Change Web Browser Proxy Settings.

To return to the dashboard, click the Back button or click the Dashboard link on the ribbon.

Are you connected to the proxy?

Once you've authorized a proxy and confirmed that it's online and available for use, you can begin sending data requests.

You can confirm that you're connected to the proxy this way:

  • Go to a site such as http://ip.pizza/
  • See if the site is still showing your local IP address or if it has changed to another IP.
  • If it's showing your local IP address, then you are not connected to the proxy.
  • If not connected:
    • Make sure the desired proxy is authorized on your dashboard.
    • Wait a couple of minutes and try again.
  • If still not connected, contact Support for help.
