If you signup for ProxyMesh and are unsatisfied with our Service for any reason, you can get your money back if you cancel your account within the first 30 days. Here's how to do it:

1. Cancel your account from the dashboard and tell us why you're cancelling.
2. Send an email to support@proxymesh.com requesting a refund (please include the username you signed up with).

Your initial payment will then be refunded, usually within 2 business days. If you slightly exceeded the included bandwidth, then those charges will be ignored. However, if you exceed 10GB of bandwidth usage, you may be charged for that extra usage.
