Password Reset for an Inactive Account
If you click "Forgot password?" from your login screen, you should receive a message with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive it, the reason may be that your account is currently paused or cancelled.
We currently do not allow inactive ProxyMesh users to reset their passwords. If you believe your account may be cancelled or paused for any reason, and you want to reactivate your account but you do not remember your password, please contact Support. As appropriate, Support will activate your account so that you can successfully use the reset password form.
